3. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by Lutz Sauna Builders are non-binding until confirmed in a signed written contract. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Failure to remit payment in accordance with the agreed schedule may result in work stoppage and additional charges.
5. Permits & Compliance
Lutz Sauna Builders will coordinate required permits where applicable as part of our full-service installations. The client is responsible for ensuring the property complies with all applicable HOA rules, deed restrictions, and local zoning regulations prior to project commencement. The Company is not liable for delays or costs arising from HOA or zoning issues not disclosed prior to project start.
6. Warranty
Lutz Sauna Builders warrants all labor and craftsmanship against defects for a period specified in the project contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications. Manufacturer warranties on sauna heaters, hardware, and accessories are passed through to the client and subject to each manufacturer's terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lutz Sauna Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
